Multiple-Product Orders
Whenever practical, products contained within the same paid order will be shipped together. Certain items, including custom creations, may require additional preparation time or separate shipping arrangements.
If an item becomes unavailable before the order is fulfilled, the customer will be contacted and the affected item will be refunded.
Order Acceptance
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. Crystal Chrysalis Haus reserves the right to decline or cancel an order due to inventory errors, damage, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent fulfilment.
If an ordered item is unavailable, the customer will be contacted and offered the choice of a full refund or, only with the customer’s agreement, an alternative item.
Returns
Because many of our offerings are handmade, vintage, estate-sourced, or one of a kind, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or if you receive the wrong item. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Crystal Chrysalis Haus promptly and retain the item, shipping container, original packaging materials, and invoice. Photographs of the damaged item and packaging will be required.
When an eligible trackable or insured shipment is involved, Crystal Chrysalis Haus, as the sender, will initiate the claim with Canada Post. Claims and compensation remain subject to Canada Post’s eligibility requirements, investigation, coverage limits, and final decision.
If a tracked shipment appears to be missing, please contact us so that the appropriate inquiry can be initiated with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Policy
Most ready-to-ship orders will be dispatched within two business days following receipt of payment. Custom orders will be shipped upon completion according to the arrangements made with the customer, and shipping confirmation will be provided by email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays.
Delivery dates and transit times provided by Canada Post or another carrier are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by Crystal Chrysalis Haus. Customers are encouraged to order in sufficient time to allow for possible carrier or availability delays.
Taxes, Customs, and Duties
Applicable taxes, duties, and other charges will be calculated or disclosed where required.
For orders shipped outside Canada, additional customs charges, duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or carrier fees may be imposed by the destination country or carrier. Unless expressly shown as collected or prepaid at checkout, these charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Pricing and Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or other materially incorrect information, Crystal Chrysalis Haus reserves the right to refuse or cancel an affected order, including after an order confirmation has been issued.
If payment has already been processed and the order is cancelled, Crystal Chrysalis Haus will issue a refund to the original method of payment for the cancelled amount.
Payments and Privacy
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout, which may include Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other approved providers. Crystal Chrysalis Haus does not directly store complete credit-card details.
Personal information and cookies are handled as described in our posted Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy settings.
Changes to These Conditions
Crystal Chrysalis Haus reserves the right to update this website and these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any revisions will take effect when posted on this page and will apply to subsequent website use and purchases.
