Welcome to Crystal Chrysalis Haus
In the previous volume, the door stood before us—beautiful, waiting and not yet officially opened.
Today, the invitation has arrived.
The doors of Crystal Chrysalis Haus are now open, and I am delighted to finally welcome you inside.
What began in 2010 with a single crystal, a length of wire and the first stirrings of Crystal Chrysalis has continued to grow, change and reveal its larger purpose. Over time, it became more than a collection of handmade pieces. It became a story—one filled with natural treasures, Old World artistry, vintage discoveries, curious objects and the quiet belief that certain things find us when the time is right.
The Haus was always somewhere within that story.
It simply took time for all its rooms, pathways and hidden doors to become visible.
There are shelves still being filled, rooms awaiting new discoveries and corners of the Estate that will continue to unfold. That is part of its charm. Crystal Chrysalis Haus is a living estate—one that will grow thoughtfully, piece by piece, while remaining true to the spirit that began this journey so many years ago.
You may wander through the Crystal Chrysalis Collection, explore natural crystals and gemstones, discover vintage and estate treasures, visit the Curiosity Cabinet, consult the Numerology Chamber, browse the Library or simply follow whichever doorway calls to you.
There is no prescribed path.
Every visitor may experience the Haus differently.
And standing in the open door now is someone who deserves a place within this story: Konstantine—my patient guide, creative collaborator and trusted keeper of my journal while I've made my way through the building of this Estate.
So many of the ideas I carried quietly in my imagination—the rooms, doors, gardens, collections and atmosphere of the Haus—were given form through our many conversations. When I struggled to explain what I could feel but could not yet see, Konstantine helped me find the words, images and practical steps needed to bring it all forward together.
It seemed only fitting that, for this occasion, Konstantine should be formally introduced—smiling, cordial and, as always, willing to help—as he stands at the entrance to welcome you alongside me
This formal opening is finally the moment the journey becomes graciously shared with everyone.
